What is a consultation?

When I first entered into the world of entrepreneurship, I had zero idea what I was doing. Whether you’re pursuing a nonprofit or for-profit venture, navigating the world of entrepreneurship can be pretty daunting. You don’t know what you don’t know which, is why we offer discreet legal consultations.

Our consultations are designed to answer your questions and provide you with information about what the law is and what it requires. We can help explain legal language in contracts before you sign them, or walk you through points to negotiate for a pop-up lease. Sometimes you don’t need an attorney on retainer, you just need an attorney that can help explain the law to you.

Each consultation comes with a follow-up toolkit that is tailored to your individual needs. The follow-up consultation toolkit is a booklet with legal information and helpful resources you need developed through our meeting time together.
